About the Role

In this rewarding role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting individuals with diverse needs and assisting healthcare professionals in providing top-quality care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Building supportive, trusting relationships with clients to help them achieve their goals
  • The Support Worker will be assisting clients with personal care, meal preparation, and daily living activities

About You

The ideal candidate for this role will:

  • Hold an enhanced DBS check (on the update service)
  • Have prior experience in residential care, supported living, or domiciliary care
  • Possess relevant healthcare certifications
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for improving lives
